Exercise Category: BALANCE, FLEXIBILITY, HIPS, LEGS - FEET, POSTURE, STRENGTH
Step the right leg forward with arms overhead palms facing each other. Keep hands to left foot in one straight line. Begin to balance on right leg bringing arms forward and left leg back parallel to floor. Hold balance for 10 seconds. Slowly return back to both legs. Repeat balancing on other leg.
