Exercise Type: YOGA-STRETCH
Exercise Category: BALANCE, FLEXIBILITY, HIPS, LEGS - FEET, POSTURE, STRENGTH
Stand in lunge position with right foot forward with weight on toward heel and left foot back on ball of foot. Maintain balance and center of gravity between both feet. Raise arms over head palms facing each other. Lift eye line toward hands and head slightly back. Squeeze muscles throughout body in lifted fashion. Hold 10 seconds then repeat other side.
