Exercise Type: HEAVY BALL
Exercise Category: CHEST, SHOULDERS, STRENGTH
Start in plank position with feet on top of ball. Pretend body is a hand of a clock and is pointing to the 12:00 with ball and feet in the middle of clockface. Goal is to perform 12 pushups moving in a clockwise position keeping feet on ball finishing a complete circle. Focus on balance and engaging abdominals throughout movement. One rotation is enough!
