Exercise Category: CHEST, FLEXIBILITY, LOW BACK, SHOULDERS
Similar to Yoga Spread Out- Start kneeling on all fours. Hands are shoulder width apart, knees are hip width apart. Place left hand directly under face and rotate right arm up toward sky. Eyes follow hand and back will rotate along with hips shifting at end of movement to allow more range of motion. Repeat 5 times on same side then repeat. Exhale on rotation upwards.
