Hiking is similar to regular walking, but on uneven surfaces. Hiking can be through hills and valleys, on dirt or rocky paths. Wear hiking boots or durable treaded sneakers. Always take water with you and watch where you step. Enjoy nature and allow your hike to relieve some stress. Hikes can be quick (30min) or many hours or days.
