Name: Meghan Martinek
Age: 19 yrs old
Currently plays: Sophomore @ Boston College
Meghan has a scholarship to Boston College. She started becoming serious regarding her golf fitness in May of 2007. Through her Titleist screening we found she (unlike many female golfers) becomes very limited in her rotation.
Meghan worked very hard during the three months of summer break from college. She maintained a low handicap with consistently lower scores. Her golf fitness handicap dropped from 11.2 to 2.8. Amazing work with her thoracic spine. She now rotates better through the ball, using her power in her hips and larger x-factor ratio. Her low back does not hurt, although it is tight when working on the range and in the gym. She will continue with her strengthening and stretching exercises while at college throughout the year.
