Exercise Type: PRE-ROUND WARMUP
Exercise Category: ARMS - HANDS, CLUB CONTROL - ACCURACY, FLEXIBILITY
Stand with hands in front of chest, bent arms and backs of hands touching. Roll the wrists one way and notice how backs of hands and base of palms roll around each other constantly touching. Then reverse the circle feeling a slight warmth and stretch to the wrist and forearm area. Repeat rolls 10x each direction. Be careful not to force the stretch or press too hard.
