Lie on back with spine imprinted into floor and legs straight to ceiling pointed and arms long overhead. Inhale slide shoulder blades down back and reach arms toward ceiling. Exhale flexing upper spine and rolling up to balanced position right behind sit bones. Arms point diagonally toward toes sitting in a V position. Inhale bring arms overhead without moving ribcage. Exhale initiate movement rolling hipbones back down to floor followed sequentially by spine to beginning. Repeat 5x.
