Exercise Category: BALANCE, LEGS - FEET, STRENGTH
Stand with feet hip distance apart with arms extended out in front parallel to the ground and palms down. Stand up on toes and find balance point. Slowly lower down shifting hips back and arms forward to center gravity over legs. Do not drop hips below knees. Return to top and drop heels. Repeat 10x.
