Exercise Type: PRE-ROUND WARMUP
Exercise Category: HIPS, LEGS - FEET, POWER PRODUCTION, STRENGTH
Stand with feet hip distance apart holding ends of club in both hands with arms straight in front of chest. Inhale as you sit back into a squat position keeping weight mostly in heels and maintaining spine angle. Exhale squeeze through gluteals and back of legs pushing back to standing start position. Club remains in front of body and does not drop. Complete 10 repetitions.
