Exercise Category: LEGS - FEET, POWER PRODUCTION, STRENGTH
Stand tall with feet together and arms straight down to sides. Inhale as you bend knees sitting hips back as if to sit down on a chair. Weight remains mostly in heels and knees squeeze toward each other. Arms raise forward and parallel with floor for better balance. Keep abdominals held in tight and engaged. Exhale as you return to standing, pushing through heels and squeezing gluteals. Repeat 10-20x.
