Exercise Type: YOGA-STRETCH
Exercise Category: FLEXIBILITY, HIPS, LOW BACK
Stand with feet wider than hips. Feet turned parallel to front. Inhale to prepare. Exhale and hinge at hips bringing both hands to floor. Legs remain straight. Lift right arm to sky twisting spine. Eyes follow hand allowing neck, entire spine and hips to turn toward the right. Hold for 5 seconds and repeat on other side.
