Exercise Category: FLEXIBILITY, HEAD - NECK, SHOULDERS

Description:

Stand with feet hip distance apart, palms facing toward outer thighs. Inhale and lift shoulders up toward ears. Exhale and return shoulders back down reaching fingertips to floor. Try to increase intensity of movement and distance. Repeat 30x controlled.
