Rollerblading is a cardiovascular activity using the whole body. Be careful! Where a helmet, shin, wrist, and elbow guards always. It is a great way to enhance coordination and strengthen stabilizing muscles of the legs. Try to blade 3x a week for 30 minute duration. Don't focus on speed. Focus on technique and breath.
