Exercise Category: ABDOMINALS, ARMS - HANDS, BACK, STRENGTH

Description:

This is advanced exercise once plank pike has been successful. Once in plank position overtop ball, pike hips in air with slight rotation of hips to incorporate oblique muscles. Return to plank and repeat each rotation 10x.
