Exercise Type: DYNAMIC STRETCH

Exercise Category: FLEXIBILITY, LOW BACK

Description:

Stand with feet together. Reach and clasp hands together overhead. Stand as tall as possible squeezing and engaging all muscles of the body. Lengthen fingertips to sky, pull elbows close to the ears, squeeze inner thighs together all at one time. Hold for 5 seconds, then release. Repeat 3x.
