OUTER THIGH-EAR SWIPE

Exercise Type: DYNAMIC STRETCH

Exercise Category: BACK, FLEXIBILITY, HIPS, SHOULDERS

Description:

Stand tall with feet together and arms overhead with elbows as close to ears as possible. Inhale to prepare. Exhale and allow arms to swipe down on either side of thighs or shins, then inhale stand back up with arms overhead. Focus on reaching and stretching up and down. Repeat 10x.
