Exercise Type: PRE-ROUND WARMUP
Exercise Category: BALANCE, FLEXIBILITY, HIPS, LOW BACK
Stand tall feet wider than hip distance apart. Hold club parallel to ground in front of body with hands on grip and hozzle. Inhale to prepare. As you exhale, lift right knee up and rotate upper body to the left trying to connect right knee and left elbow. Return foot to place and repeat on left leg. Controlled movement 20x.
