LAT-HAMSTRING STRETCH

Exercise Type: PRE-ROUND WARMUP

Exercise Category: BACK, FLEXIBILITY

Description:

Place both hands on cart or on platform waist high. Keep feet hip width apart and walk feet backward far enough to allow head to hang between arms. Focus on muscles around sides pushing hips back and weight in heels.
