KNEELING HIP ABDUCTION

Exercise Type: BIG BALL

Exercise Category: FLEXIBILITY, HIPS

Description:

Kneel on both knees beside big ball. Lean arm over the top of big ball and allow outside leg to extend straight to the side. Try not to slouch over ball and lift outside leg 10-20x feeling the burn of the muscles. Switch sides.
