Exercise Category: BALANCE, FLEXIBILITY, HIPS, LEGS - FEET
Bend over and place right hand approximately one foot in front of right foot. Shift your weight to the right leg. Lift your left leg and left arm off floor and reach toward sky with both. Keep gaze toward right hand. Try to straighten all 4 limbs. Hold for 10 seconds with focus on slow breathing.
