Exercise Category: LEGS - FEET, POWER PRODUCTION, STRENGTH
Stand with feet facing forward and hip distance apart. Squat sitting hips back in imaginary chair as arms go out in front parallel to floor to counterbalance sitting back. Place weight mostly in heels. Exhale pushing through heels and squeezing buttocks to stand. Repeat 10-20x.
