Exercise Category: LEGS - FEET, POWER PRODUCTION, STRENGTH
Stand tall with feet together. Hands on hips. Reach out with heel of right leg and lower left knee down toward floor. Weight remains centered between both feet with spine erect. Push off right heel with power and return to standing. Repeat and alternate legs 10 times.
