FOLLOW THROUGH IN THIRDS

Exercise Type: HEAVY BALL

Exercise Category: ARMS - HANDS, HIPS, LOW BACK, POWER PRODUCTION, RHYTHM - TIMING, STRENGTH

Description:

Stand in address position with ball in hands in place of club. Inhale. Exhale and move ball 1-3 into follow through. Inhale return to address. Repeat to 2-3, then to the top of follow through. Sequence of thirds will be repeated 5x. Focus on spinal placement and abdominal strength. Exercise should mimic golf swing as much as possible.
