Exercise Category: ARMS - HANDS, BALANCE, CLUB CONTROL - ACCURACY, FLEXIBILITY, LOW BACK
Stand tall with feet hip distance apart. Hold ball with bent arms in front of chest. Lift alternating legs and trace ball in a figure 8 pattern under lifted leg. Repeat 10x one direction (inside out) then change directions (outside in). Focus on keeping chest open and lifted while lifting knees higher.
