DIAGONAL LIFT WITH LEG LIFT

Exercise Category: ABDOMINALS, BALANCE, POSTURE

Description:

Stand tall holding ball in front of body and feet hip distance apart. Inhale to prepare. Exhale shifting weight on to right foot. Simultaneously, lift leg leg straight out to side while lifting bal straight over head. Ball will be at same angle as body and ears right between elbows at top. Lift and lower 10x one side then switch legs.
