Can't dance? Sure you can! Dancing to any upbeat tune is a great way to expend some pent up energy, increase rhythm, and let off some steam. Put some music on and let the body go! Want to burn more calories? Get the arms and legs moving wildly over head and out to the sides. Try some claps and leg kicks too. Dance for 30 minutes.....or dance the night away.
