Bicycle riding is a safe way to increase cardiovascular health without impact to the joints of the ankles, knees, hips, and spine. Know how to ride a bike? Just ride! Wear a helmet and take some water. Enjoy the scenery! Try to ride a bike 3x a week for 30 minute duration.
