CLAP FRONT WITH DIAGONAL ARMS

Exercise Category: BACK, CHEST, FLEXIBILITY, SHOULDERS

Description:

Stand with feet hip distance apart. Clap straight arms in front of chest and open them on a diagonal line. Repeat clap and open on the opposite diagonal line. Put emphasis on opening vs. the clapping. Repeat 10x each side.
