Exercise Type: HEAVY BALL
Exercise Category: ABDOMINALS, LOW BACK, POWER PRODUCTION, RHYTHM - TIMING, STRENGTH
Stand in address position holding heavy ball where club would be for golf swing. Inhale to prepare. Exhale and move ball back to 1-3 of golf swing. Inhale returning to address. Exhale moving ball 2-3 of golf swing. Inhale return to address. Exhale moving ball entire golf swing with slight pause at the top. Inhale return to address. Repeat sequence 5 times focusing on keeping head still and mimicking backswing as correct as possible. You will feel the extra weight of ball throughout stabilizing muscles of body. Keep good form.
