Exercise Category: ARMS - HANDS, CLUB CONTROL - ACCURACY, HIPS, RHYTHM - TIMING
Stand with feet in address position. Circle heavy ball around waist 10 times each direction while rotating hips as if using a hula hoop. Maintain abdominals tight and focus on good posture. As an advanced move, circle the ball both ways down the hips, legs, ankles, and back up.
